How To Use:
With the fine-point tip of the pencil, draw hairlike strokes to fill in sparse areas and add definition to the brow. Blend it out with the spoolie for seamless perfection. Apply Tint + Tame Brow Gel using the small spoolie applicator in an upward, outward motion to groom and lock your brows into place.
